ØThis equipment is the exclusive equipment for cutting the pins of bulk radial components. It feeds by flat surface and it is appropriate for cutting pins of various components.
ØThe cutting machine group and the vibrating feed group can operate separately or mutually, thus increase its scope of application.
ØIt can realize the operation of automatically sending materials of components including electrolytic capacitor (diameter 3-10MM, height not over 16MM), luminous diode (diameter3-8MM), transistor and part of ceramic capacitor and so on .Other allotypic radial components can also realize the operation of cutting pin by customized feed plate.
ØThe maximum processing speed reaches 300PCS/MIN, thus effectively cuts pin.
ØAppropriate for mass production and the best auxiliary equipment for short pin operation.
ØThis equipment is comprised of three parts: cutting machine, vibrating feed plate and bracing trolley.
ØIf there is any component that can not be fed by this machine, then customized vibrating plate is available. It adopts FL-803S type to finish the operation of cutting pin.
